What a beautiful read. Thank you for taking me to your sacred sacred Kintyre. What a blessing to have shared this with you. May your integration back home be empowering and exquisite.

I loved reading your timely post . As I move through life the recognition that nature is larger than me and begs to be noticed is more present . After just returning from a solo journey to beautiful Scotland your words resonate for me . Sitting by the sea and breathing in the magnificence was enough . I bring a little sliver of it back to Canada with me to remind me of those rich solitary moments

I think there is a real natural and organic connection between Scotland and Canada and now two of their respective inhabitants x

Before we managed to move to Argyll we often took the dogs to a lovely hotel in Belochantuy that sits on the beach and looks out to Jura. It is still a special place for us 💚💙

We even call a wee stretch of the coastline 'our beach'. I go there just to check in with myself. xx
